Every point is worth Rp1,500 or $0.1 and can be used as a discount at checkout.

BE VIP Members can redeem their points with a minimum of 10 points. All points earned will expire by the end of the year. If a member earns their points in March 2022 or September 2022, the points are only valid until December 31st, 2022.

Renewal and Upgrades

Silver membership will be automatically renewed
Gold and Platinum membership will expire within one year
Silver members who spend up to Rp3,000,000 / $200 (accumulation applies) in the current year, will automatically become a Gold member in the following year
Gold members who spend up to Rp7,000,000 / $467 (accumulation applies) in the current year, will automatically become a Platinum become a Platinum member in the following year
Gold member who do not reach a total spend of Rp3,000,000 / $200 untill the membership period ends, will be downgrade to Silver status with adjusted benefits in the following year
Platinum members who do not reach a total spend of Rp7,000,000 /$467 untill the membership periods ends will be downgraded to Gold member status with adjusted benefits in the following year

BE VIP Member is a loyalty program from Botanical Essentials to provide various benefits to customers. By becoming a member of BE VIP Member, customers can earn shopping points which can be redeemed for additional discounts. Customers can join the BE VIP Member by registering and making purchases on this website.

Besides getting the shopping points, what other benefits can BE VIP Member get?

BE VIP Members can get free vouchers and travel size products for free. In addition, members can get special discounts on birthdays, announcement dan special price for new launched products, latest promos and exclusive invitations to attend Botanical essentials events.

How do I join BE VIP Member?

There are 3 types of membership in BE VIP Member:

Customers will automatically become Silver members after registering on our website. Silver member period is permanently valid.
Customers can change their membership status to Gold members by spending a minimum of IDR 3,000,000 or 200 USD (accumulation applies) within one year.
Customers can change their membership to Platinum members by spending a minimum of IDR 7,000,000 or 200 USD (accumulation applies) within one year.

Can my points expire?

BE VIP points are valid within the same year they are earned. Either a customer earns points in March 2022 or September 2022, the points are both valid until December 2022. Points that are not used until the expiration date will be forfeited and cannot be exchanged.

Does BE VIP Member apply to all Botanical Essentials platforms?

BE VIP Member is only valid for purchases on the official Botanical Essentials website.

How do I get the points?

BE VIP Member points can be collected by making purchases on our website, exchanging empty Botanical Essentials bottles to our counters, doing reviews on our website and given as members’ birthday gift.
