Refund policy

Complaints maximum of H + 1 day after the receipt has been successfully received by the expedition, the complaint must include an unboxing video without being cut off and a clearly visible receipt number on the package which can be sent via email to us [email protected], the botanical will assess complaints that come in and will make a valid decision cannot be contested. The refund process will be sent H+7 after filling in complete customer data.
